If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or process a full refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Merchant Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or wrong item sent), Jia Express will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer Preference: If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind or ordered the incorrect item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our premises, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

6. Order Cancellations

Standard orders can be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched.
Custom or personalized printed products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
